Product Description

The product identified as ABB 6637337B1 is an Interface Board in the Bailey Infi 90 hardware family.

Within a distributed control architecture, communication hardware connects otherwise separate processing or network resources so operating data can reach the functions that consume it. This is relevant where the installation calls for this specific component class.

The Infi 90 platform uses modular hardware to distribute process-control responsibilities across the system. This product is intended for the control system modules function identified by its original system design. Installation should follow the control node's approved hardware records.

For maintenance or replacement work, the exact module designation should be checked against the installed hardware, wiring records, and control-system documentation before the component is placed into service. Selection should account for the intended surrounding hardware configuration.
