Product Details

• Part Number 1 CI810A

Product Description

For Advant 800xA system applications, ABB CI810A provides the function of a Field Communcation Interface.

For replacement planning, communication modules move control and status information between system elements, helping controllers, networks, operator resources, or external computers exchange data through the architecture named in the product description. The assigned system function should be preserved through installation and service.

ABB Advant and System 800xA environments combine control, I/O, communication, and operator resources. This product supports the hardware function identified by its description within the installed system. Application details remain governed by the exact product revision.

When this product is used for lifecycle support, technicians should confirm the installed revision, connection arrangement, and system assignment rather than assuming interchangeability with a similarly named module. Configuration records should be reconciled with the exact installed assembly.
