Product Description
Westinghouse designates 3A98688G02 as an SCSI Cable on front of VME chassis associated with the WEStation control platform.
Mechanical system hardware establishes the physical mounting, organization, or protective arrangement required by compatible electronic modules and wiring assemblies. The system's documented hardware assignment should guide placement.
WEStation provides the platform context for this product, while the industrial automation hardware classification identifies its broader automation role. Exact application should follow the installed system configuration. Existing connection and module records should guide replacement work.
For maintenance or replacement work, the exact module designation should be checked against the installed hardware, wiring records, and control-system documentation before the component is placed into service. Connection and configuration should follow the requirements of the platform.
