Product Description

For WEStation system applications, Westinghouse 4A00090G06 provides the function of a 8mm SCSI Tape Drive.

Drive-control hardware manages the commands and feedback used to operate compatible motor-drive equipment, supporting coordinated speed, torque, or process control within the intended drive system. The original wiring and configuration records should guide application.

For system maintenance, this product is associated with the WEStation family and the industrial automation hardware category. Configuration and compatibility should be confirmed for the exact system in which it will be used. The plant's maintenance records should support final product selection.

In the signal path, this approach helps preserve the intended system function while keeping selection aligned with the documented ratings, capacity, and compatibility requirements. This is relevant where the installation calls for this specific component class.
