Product Description
Within the Bailey Infi 90 product line, ABB NTU-7I4 serves as a Digital Input Termination Module.
From a maintenance perspective, digital input hardware creates the path from field-level status signals to control logic, allowing the system to evaluate operating conditions and respond through configured sequences or protective actions. The documented module assignment should remain the basis for selection.
In an Infi 90 installation, modules are assigned distinct control, signal, communication, and support responsibilities. Preserving the exact product identity helps maintain the configuration documented for the affected control node. Its role should remain distinct from that of similarly named assemblies.
In the signal path, this approach helps preserve the intended system function while keeping selection aligned with the documented ratings, capacity, and compatibility requirements. Service decisions should reflect the configured signal and control function.
