• Part Number 1 6153NB10700

Product Description

For Taylor system applications, ABB 6153NB10700 provides the function of a Remote Interface Module Chassis.

Within a distributed control architecture, communication hardware connects otherwise separate processing or network resources so operating data can reach the functions that consume it. Its role should remain distinct from that of similarly named assemblies.

Within the assigned control-system position, this product is associated with the Taylor family and the PLC modules category. Configuration and compatibility should be confirmed for the exact system in which it will be used. Connection and configuration should follow the requirements of the platform.

When this product is used for lifecycle support, technicians should confirm the installed revision, connection arrangement, and system assignment rather than assuming interchangeability with a similarly named module. This helps preserve the function assigned to the installed control node.
